Why am I unable to activate a module?
Most modules require a paid Premium version of EsportBot. Visit our price page for purchasing Premium. In rare cases our bot may experience conflicts with other bots on your server. This may cause difficulties activating a module. If you suspect a technical issue, please contact us on Discord by creating a ticket.
What is the fastest way of getting support?
The fastest way of getting support is to join our EsportBot Discord server, and create a ticket. You may also use the dedicated support chat directly from the dashboard in EsportBot.
Some functions do not work for all?
The most common error is simply that EsportBot is not moved high enough in your role hierarchy. Please check "Server settings" > "Roles", and make sure EsportBot is ABOVE all roles you want EsportBot to manage. Any other questions, please contact our support.
Can I change language?
You can of course use your native language in any messages etc. that you create, but the admin interface is in English only. Future updates may contain extended language support.
Do you organize webinars?
At this moment we do not offer webinars but we are analyzing the possibilities of providing such service in the future. Meanwhile, we suggest you use available documentation and video tutorials to find all the necessary information, as well as contacting our support team.
