Built from real esports community experience, EsportBot brings teams, tournaments, events, administration and member engagement together in one modular Discord platform.
How EsportBot Started
EsportBot began as a practical solution to challenges we faced in our own Discord community. Running tournaments, coordinating teams, scheduling events and supporting members required too many separate tools and too much manual work. We also tried multiple premium bots, but never found exactly what we needed. We then started building the features we needed ourselves and testing them directly with real members, administrators, moderators and players. Their feedback shaped the platform from the beginning and helped us improve its reliability, usability and overall structure. What started as a small internal project developed through Early Access into a modular platform for esports organizations and gaming communities. As EsportBot moves through beta toward its first public release, our focus remains the same: reducing administrative work while helping communities connect, compete and grow.

Our Company
Prepperen AS is a Norwegian company operating within safety and emergency preparedness for individuals, organizations and communities. From the beginning, our work has also involved IT solutions that support communication, coordination and reliable operations — essential elements in modern preparedness. This technical foundation, combined with our involvement in esports and Discord communities, led us to identify a need for better digital tools for managing members, teams, activities and competitions. That insight became the starting point for EsportBot.
Our Purpose
Our purpose goes beyond automating routine tasks. We want to give community leaders better tools, reduce the workload of staff and volunteers, and create more opportunities for members to connect, participate and belong.
Built in Norway for an international audience, EsportBot is growing from a community solution into a flexible platform for esports organizations, teams, tournament organizers and gaming communities.
