Getting Started with EsportBot

Add EsportBot to Your Server
Invite EsportBot to your Discord server, or visit the pricing page to purchase a Premium license.

Select Your Server and License
Sign in to the EsportBot dashboard, select your Discord server and activate the license that fits your community.

Complete the Onboarding
Choose your server type, select your modules and complete the guided setup in the dashboard.

Dashboard Support Chat Already using EsportBot? Open the support chat in your dashboard to contact the EsportBot team directly about your selected server. Discord Ticket Support Join the official EsportBot Discord server and create a private support ticket for setup assistance, technical issues or general questions.

Why can’t I activate a module?
Most EsportBot modules require an active Premium license. Make sure the correct Discord server is selected, your license is active and the module has been enabled in the dashboard. Contact support if the module is still unavailable.
Why is a command or feature not working?
Check that the module is enabled and that EsportBot has the required Discord permissions. The EsportBot role must also be placed above any roles it needs to manage. Contact support if the issue continues.
Can I change the language?
The dashboard and most system messages are currently available in English. Some messages shown to your community can be customized through the module settings. Additional language support may be introduced later.
How can I learn more about features and modules?

What should I include in a support request?
Include your Discord server name, the affected module, a clear description of the issue and the steps that caused it. Screenshots and error messages are also helpful. Never share passwords, bot tokens or other sensitive credentials.
Where can I report a bug?
Report bugs through the dashboard support chat or by creating a ticket in the official EsportBot Discord server. Please describe how the issue can be reproduced.
